the hotel is deluxe and the rooms are clean and exceptionally nice. Very central location really close to Split and the centre. 3. Restaurants and cafes are steps away from the property. 4. Split Old Town district is worth looking into.

The hotel was superior with absolutely perfect and magnificent location in the middle of jackson. The room we were upgraded at no charge to was extremely spacious and beautiful and included cable channels, a mini bar fridge, and coffee and tea making equipment. Location: the property was so close to Split and the centre of Old Town.

The double room we were given had coffee/tea makers, cable channels, and a seating area. Had private bathroom with all essentials.

Great central location - just a quick stroll from the Golden Gate. It's also close to the Old Town, downtown area, and other key spots in the city! 🏙️

Magnificent and amazing location just next door to restaurants and the old town, only a 5-minute walk from Riva. Clean room and bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, and towels. - A huge variety of goodies for breakfast.

I stayed at Luxury Rooms L'Avenue 2 for a few nights and it was perfect. The location couldn't be better, right in the center of everything. The room was spacious and bright, with a lovely bathroom. The coffee machine and tea making facilities were a nice touch. The staff were friendly and always available to help. The attention to detail in the apartment was impressive, with great finishes and amenities. a fantastic place to stay!

There was no elevator, and the stairs could be challenging for some people. The location was great, but the street noise and loud noise from neighbors coming home could disturb light sleepers.

About this hotel. there were no lifts, only stairs, which made it hard to carry luggage up to the room.

This hotel was amazing! The location in the centre of Old Town made it so easy for me to explore this city on foot. It was very convenient to have transportation options nearby as well. The cleanliness of the rooms was really good, and the hotel facilities were great! I didn't have to worry about parking my car because there was a spot for it. The staff was very attentive and helpful, and they even recommended nearby restaurants and sites to visit.
